Tendering - Manager

Role Overview: As a Tendering Manager at Sri Ganapathy Enterprises, your role will involve managing the tendering process for construction and infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for identifying potential contracts, preparing cost estimates, value engineering, budgeting, and coordinating with various departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Regularly check various Tender search systems to identify potential contracts for bidding or for market intelligence purposes. - Prepare and manage all aspects of the tendering process including cost estimation, value engineering, budgeting, quantity surveying activities, billing, and contract management. - Collaborate with support functions and departments to ensure timely availability of resources at project sites. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E) is required. - 10-15 years of work experience in construction, infrastructure companies, or architecture firms. - Proficiency in IT skills such as MS Projects, MS Office, AutoCAD, and smartphone operations. - Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi languages is preferable.
