Tendering Executive – Mechanical Industry

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Tendering Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the mechanical industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for both government and private sector projects in India, particularly in the field of mechanical components, fabrication works, and industrial engineering services. Key Responsibilities: Tender Document Analysis: Thoroughly review and interpret tender documents from various platforms (GeM, CPP, eProcurement portals, private listings, etc.). Critical Assessment: Identify critical requirements, eligibility criteria, compliance checklists, and technical specifications mentioned in the tender.Compile and prepare all required documents including technical bids, financial bids, vendor registrations, experience certificates, compliance statements, etc.Submit the prepared documents to management for review and approval prior to submission.Handle online and offline tender submissions as per the specified procedure and timeline.Follow up on tender status, attend clarification meetings, respond to queries, and ensure compliance with further steps like negotiation, LOA acceptance, or contract agreement.Proactively search for relevant tenders in both government and private sectors using various online platforms and networks.Communicate with tendering authorities to clarify doubts, request documents, and ensure smooth participation.
