Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end tendering process (govt. & private).
  • Prepare technical and commercial bids in coordination with internal teams.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and execution teams for proposals.
  • Frequent travel for client meetings, site visits, and presentations.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in tendering and pre-sales.
  • Strong knowledge of tender documentation, BOQs, and proposal preparation.
  • Excellent communication & client interaction skills.
  • Willingness to travel across regions for business development.
