Government Tender Specialist

North Bangalore (Bhartiya City)

Full-time, six days a week (Sunday off), 10 AM to 6 PM

Monitor online tender portals to identify new government tenders relevant to interiors. Specially GeM, Startup India, Make in India, MSME and similar government portals.

Work with internal team to prepare and organize all required documents in accordance with tender requirements.

Tender submission end to end

Manage the entire tender process from initial identification to submission, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Cultivate relationships with government agencies to stay updated on upcoming tenders and procedural changes.

Maintain comprehensive records of tender activities, including submissions, outcomes, and feedback.

Analyse tendering trends, successes, and areas for improvement to enhance future bidding strategies.

Entrepreneurial Mindset.

Experience in dealing with government tenders.

Handson experience of online tendering platforms and portals.

Attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely submissions.

Proficiency in internet navigation.

Managing multiple tender submissions simultaneously.

Knowledge of local regulatory and compliance frameworks related to government tenders.

Experience in interiors and real estate is a plus.

Creative Talent, Street Smart, and Follow-up Skills

Digital Media Savvy

Proficient in Emailing, Chat (WhatsApp and Telegram)

Pleasant and Trustworthy

MS Office proficiency

Fluency in English, Hindi, Kannada is plus.
