Job Summary

The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, including identifying suitable tenders, preparing technical & commercial documentation, coordinating with internal departments, submitting tenders on time, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of tender portals and bidding processes.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Should have knowledge about vendor Management,execution of presentation, strategic planning& customer relationship.
• Should Know about Govt.E Marketplace(GeM-Portal) to procure from various Govt.orgs and PSUs is necessary.
• To execute major contracts with largscale organisations.
• Responsible for financial reporting, negotiating contracts. amendments and extentions.
• To develop & implement purchasing instructions to stremline procurement.
• To develop and manage several significant client relationship that generates regular repeats of substantial new business agreements.
• Process weekly and monthly accounting to achieve sales goal and purchase new products for different upcoming customer requirement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of tendering procedures and government e-procurement portals.
• Strong documentation and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online tender portals.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration/Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in tendering, bidding, or contracts management
