Experience: 5 to 10 years Qualification: Civil Engineer Salary: 25000 to 45000 Job description are as follows Tender Identification and Analysis: · Identify and analyze tender opportunities relevant to the organization. · Understand tender requirements and develop effective strategies. · Reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting tender documents to understand requirements, quantities, specifications, and deadlines. Tender Preparation and Submission: · Prepare comprehensive and competitive tender proposals. · Ensure all tender documents comply with industry regulations and company policies. · Manage the submission process, including online portals and e-tendering. Tender Tracking and Reporting: · Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submissions. · Maintain records of all tender activities and communications. · Monitor the status of submitted tenders and provide regular reports to management. Other Responsibilities: · Develop presentations and other materials for tender submissions · Analyze cost and other risks associated with tenders. · Contribute to process improvements and best practices for tendering. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
