About the Role

Maverick Power Solutions is looking for a Tender Executive Officer to handle government tenders, mainly through the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal. The role involves identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and coordinating with internal teams.

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in tender management, good attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tender opportunities on GeM and other government portals.
• Maintain and update company profiles, products, and services on GeM.
• Participate in bids, upload BOQs, manage reverse auctions, and submit price bids.
• Prepare tender documents, including technical and financial bids, EMD, declarations, and compliance forms.
• Ensure compliance with tender terms, eligibility criteria, and statutory requirements.
• Keep accurate records of bids, contracts, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Legal, HR) to gather required information.
• Track bid results, handle clarifications, negotiations, and order placements.
• Assist in contract finalization and post-award documentation.
• Maintain tender tracker and submit reports on bid status and outcomes.
• Review tender results and suggest improvements for future bids.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Procurement / Operations preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in tender management, preferably on GeM.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PSU or Central/State Government tenders.
• Knowledge of EMD, PBG, contract terms, and compliance formats.
• Familiarity with CPPP or other e-procurement portals is a plus.
