Monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities from online portals (like GeM) and other sources. Analyze tender documents to ensure the organization meets qualification, technical, and commercial criteria.
Coordinate, prepare, and compile all necessary documents for bid submissions. This includes drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with all requirements and standards.
Prepare and submit bids through e-tendering portals, which often includes specific tasks like product listing and compliance management on platforms like GeM.
Ensure all tender submission deadlines are strictly adhered to, including checking, binding, packing, and preparing outgoing submissions.
Maintain accurate records of all tender processes and submissions for future reference.
Follow up with stakeholders as needed and, in some cases, help with the negotiation of agreements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
