Monitor online and offline tender portals to find relevant opportunities and analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs) to evaluate business fit and eligibility criteria.
Coordinate, prepare, and compile bid submission documents, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualification documents
Work with various internal departments to gather necessary information, documentation, and resources for tender submissions
Monitor and ensure strict adherence to all tender submission due dates and deadlines.
Oversee the checking, binding, packing, and timely submission of outgoing bid documents. Follow up with clients after submission to report on tender status
Handle e-tendering processes on various government and commercial portals, including vendor registration, product listing, bid participation, and order processing on platforms like GeM
Maintain accurate records of all bid documents, tender activities, and related communications.
