Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive with hands-on experience in tendering processes. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in GeM portal operations, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable working with MS Office tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor tender opportunities from GeM and other relevant portals
• Prepare, review, and submit tenders/bids within stipulated timelines
• Handle complete tender documentation including technical and commercial bids
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, compliance, and approvals
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with tender requirements and guidelines
• Maintain records of submitted tenders and track their status
• Respond to tender-related queries and clarifications
• Stay updated with tendering norms, procedures, and GeM updates

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in tendering activities
• Thorough knowledge of tendering processes and documentation
• Proficient in GeM portal operations
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

• Candidates residing in South Delhi
• Immediate joiners will be given preference

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
