Position Overview:

An established organization in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Tender Executive with a strong understanding of government e-tendering processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing tenders on portals such as GeM, CPPP, and various state government platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP, and other government portals
• Prepare, compile, and upload tender documentation as per portal guidelines
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documents and certifications
• Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain a record of all activities
• Track submitted tenders and follow up on results or clarifications
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all tendering activities

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in government tendering
• Proficient in handling GeM, CPPP, and state e-tendering portals
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general internet use
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
