Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities

Tender Discovery (DefProc + GeM)

• Monitor daily tenders related to prefabricated structures, shelters, steel products, DG sets, and machinery etc
• Identify relevant opportunities on DefProc and GeM.
• Track corrigendums, updates, and deadlines.

GeM Tender Management

• Manage product listings on GeM.
• Participate in bids, BOQs, RAs, and PRs.
• Prepare technical specs, compliance sheets, and commercial quotes.
• Manage order acceptance, dispatch documentation, and CRAC.

DefProc Tender Management

• Download RFP/NIT, SOR, and BOQ documents.
• Prepare technical and financial bid documents.
• Upload bids as per timeline and portal guidelines.

Tender Documentation

• Prepare complete tender folders with company documents, technical catalogs, compliance sheets, and annexures.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in all submissions.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with internal teams for technical inputs and pricing.
• Communicate with departments regarding clarifications, queries, and updates.

Post-Bid Activities

• Follow up for bid status, LoA, contract signing, and order processing.
• Assist in EMD/PBG submissions where required.
• Coordinate with logistics for delivery and compliance.

Reporting

• Maintain a tender tracker and share daily/weekly reports with management.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in GeM and government tendering (mandatory).
• Understanding of defence procurement categories.
• Strong documentation & MS Office skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary

As per industry standards (based on experience).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
