Tender Executive- Documentation & Registration

We at Exicom Technologies are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Tender Documentation & Registration Executive to assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents in compliance with client specifications and portal requirements. This role involves coordinating documentation, ensuring accurate registration on e-tendering portals, and supporting end-to-end tender submission processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and organizing tender documents as per client and tender specifications.
• Register and manage company profiles on e-tendering platforms (e.g., GeM, CPPP, eProcure, etc.).
• Ensure timely renewal of certificates, registrations, and DSCs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect required documentation (GST, PAN, MSME, ISO, etc.).
• Compile technical and financial bids, and track tender deadlines for timely submission.

Candidate Profile :

• Strong understanding of tendering procedures and documentation standards.
• Excellent document handling and formatting skills (Word, Excel, PDF).
• Experience working with e-tender portals like GEM, CPPP, or other state/PSU portals preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret tender requirements and compliance criteria.
• Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
