Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Track and identify relevant tender opportunities from online portals, newspapers, and client communications. Analyze tender requirements and eligibility criteria.
2. Prepare and compile pre-qualification documents, technical bids, and commercial proposals.
3. Ensure timely and compliant submission of tenders (online and offline).
4. Communicate with tendering authorities, consultants, and clients regarding clarifications, site visits, and pre-bid meetings.
5. Maintain a database of tenders, submissions, results, and outcomes.
6. Perform other duties as directed by the project manager or management team.
