Junior Architect

You are an experienced and innovative Architect who will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and execution of architectural projects. Your role will involve supporting senior architects and project teams in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. As a Junior Architect, you will be tasked with drafting, research, coordination tasks, and ensuring project goals are efficiently met. You will assist in developing design concepts and detailed architectural plans, create 2D and 3D drawings, models, and renderings using CAD software. Additionally, you will prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and material lists. It will be your responsibility to analyze site conditions and environmental factors affecting design and work closely with senior architects and engineers to ensure design coherence and technical accuracy. Your duties will include participating in project meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items, as well as conducting site visits to gather data and monitor project progress. Under the guidance of senior architects, you will assist in identifying and resolving on-site issues. It is essential to stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and sustainable design practices. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture and have 1-3 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a design firm or architectural practice. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills are necessary, along with proficiency in software such as AutoCad, SketchUp, Autodesk Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
