Job Description

Divyaveda Pharmacy is seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Telecallers to join our Ayurvedic health and wellness team. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling to customers, distributors, or leads, explaining our Ayurvedic product benefits, resolving queries, and generating sales or appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential B2C and B2B customers (retailers/distributors/doctors) from provided leads.
Explain features, benefits, and offers of Divyaveda’s 300+ Ayurvedic products.
Handle customer queries related to products, dosage, delivery, or complaints.
Follow up on leads and convert them into orders or appointments.
Maintain call logs, CRM records, and daily reporting.
Upsell or cross-sell relevant products.
Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, or support team to close the loop.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred
Good verbal communication in Hindi & basic English
Knowledge of Ayurveda or wellness products (preferred)
Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business
Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer care preferred

Job Type:

Full-time (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
Location: Teli Majra, Jagadhri, Haryana
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000/month + Incentives (based on performance)
