Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, promote online marketing services, and support our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic digital knowledge, and the ability to convert leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain e-commerce & digital marketing services.
- Handle inbound queries related to online orders, promotions, and services.
- Generate leads and maintain a database of interested clients.
- Assist in social media promotions, basic online listing, and digital marketing activiti
- Follow up with customers for conversions and maintain professional communication.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.
- Confident speaking ability and convincing power.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Basic computer & mobile handling skills.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and professionalism.
