Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases. Clearly explain the company's digital marketing services. Generate and qualify leads; schedule meetings for the sales or marketing team. Maintain accurate records of calls and client information in CRM. Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads through regular communication. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. Handle basic queries and objections confidently and professionally. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree. Proven experience as a tele caller, tele sales representative, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication skills in English Good knowledge of digital marketing services (basic training will be provided). Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems is a plus.
