Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Location: [Madipakkam]
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales.
• Maintain call records and update the CRM with relevant details.
• Schedule site visits / meetings for the sales team.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Tamil & English (Additional languages are a plus).
• Confident and persuasive telephone manners.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.

Salary:

• Fixed + Incentives (based on performance)
