The role involves handling calls, providing information about our services, and supporting patient coordination and feedback. Key Responsibilities: Make and receive calls to/from patients and clients. Provide information about clinic services, timings, and appointments. Schedule and confirm appointments. Maintain call records and update patient details in the system. Follow up with patients for feedback and reminders. Requirements: Good communication skills in Malayalam, English preffered. Basic computer knowledge. Pleasant and polite phone manner. Previous experience as a telecaller or in customer service is a plus.
