Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote services. Answer incoming calls from customers regarding Study abroad Maintain and update customer database with accurate information. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activity and sales.
