A renowned builder in Thrissur is looking for sales cum Tele calling staff for their Thrissur office.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on leads through various channels (calls, referrals, online listings, and walk-ins).
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties according to their requirements.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and amenities.
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts between buyers and sellers.
Maintain an updated database of properties and clients..
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and reports to management.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and new projects in the area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
