We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products or services, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with interested clients, and maintaining detailed records of calls and customer interactions.The candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to handle rejections positively. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using CRM or data entry tools are preferred. Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage. A friendly attitude, confidence, and the ability to meet targets are key to success in this role.
