As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote our products or services, generate leads, and build relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products or services. 2. Generate leads and follow up on existing leads. 3. Build relationships with customers and prospects. 4. Provide product information and answer customer queries. 5. Meet sales targets and performance metrics. 6. Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions. Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong sales and customer service skills. 3. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. 4. Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office. 5.
