• Salary: 18000 take home (pure day shift; no other components)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the leads provided.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about our properties and services.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects to schedule site visits and convert leads into clients.
• Maintain and update lead data
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and customer experience.
• Provide timely feedback from customers to help improve marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 12th Pass; graduate preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales coordination.
• Clear and confident communication in Hindi and English (regional languages are a bonus). • Basic knowledge of MS Office and comfort working with CRM software.
• Strong listening and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-focused approach.
