As a Telecaller for a reputed electronics brand located in Chandni Chowk, Kolkata, your role will involve making outbound calls to potential customers for product promotion and sales. Your primary responsibility will be to engage clients over the phone by explaining product details, offers, and company services clearly. Additionally, you will be required to maintain records of calls and customer information, follow up on interested leads and inquiries, and build positive relationships with clients over calls.
