Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our client in thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, and driving conversions for our Loan Against Property (LAP) products.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Loan Against Property services.
Explain the product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly and effectively.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
Address customer inquiries and concerns related to Loan Against Property.
Work closely with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Provide feedback to the team on customer trends and market insights.
Maintain compliance with company policies and guidelines during customer interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Fresher with good communication.
06 months of experience in telecalling, preferably in financial services or banking.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Loan Against Property or other financial products.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in finance or sales are a plus.
