Job Title: Telecaller (Excellent English) – Client Coordination

We are seeking an articulate, confident, and English-fluent Telecaller to engage with potential clients and coordinate meetings for our Wealth Managers. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a professional attitude, and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally engage potential clients over phone calls.
• Fix and coordinate appointments for the Wealth Manager.
• Maintain accurate call logs, client records, and follow-ups.
• Share updates and feedback with the internal team promptly.
• Ensure a high-quality client experience with courteous and confident communication.

Requirements:

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
• Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling, client coordination, or BPO preferred.
• Freshers with exceptional English fluency may also apply.
• Languages: Excellent spoken English and Hindi.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
• Professional telephone etiquette and client-handling ability.
• Personality: Smart, confident, and customer-focused.

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 4th Saturday: Off
