Job Title: Office Receptionist & Telecaller

Location: Erode

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience) + Performance Incentives

Timings: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist & Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should be friendly, professional, and confident in handling phone calls and front-office activities.

Responsibilities:

Attend incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned department
Make outbound telecalling for business inquiries and follow-ups
Greet and assist visitors/customers in the office
Support the team with day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

Any graduate or 12th pass with good communication skills
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Hindi or Malayalam language knowledge is a plus (not mandatory)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
