Manage petty cash, vendor coordination, and day-to-day office administration. Supervise pantry supplies, office stationery, and ensure smooth functioning of front-office activities. Support in scheduling meetings, interviews, and counselling sessions. Counselling & Student Interaction: Provide course/program details to walk-in and telephonic inquiries. Counsel students and parents regarding training programs, admission procedures, and career opportunities. Maintain follow-ups with prospective candidates to ensure admissions and enrollment. Assist in student documentation, registration, and record management. Coordinate with trainers and placement teams for student support. Skills & Competencies: Fluent in English (spoken & written) with good communication and presentation skills. Basic accounting knowledge (petty cash handling, receipts, and vendor payments). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email drafting. Ability to multitask with a customer-centric approach. Pleasant personality with problem-solving skills.
