Job Title: Telecalling Executive – Digitroverts Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu (On-site) Job Type: Full-time About Us: Digitroverts is a fast-growing Digital Marketing Institute & Agency based in Erode. We specialize in providing training and services like SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, and Local SEO. We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our energetic team and help us expand our student enrollments and service sales. Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential students/businesses and explain our digital marketing courses/services. Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Build and maintain positive relationships with students and clients. Provide basic information about courses, fees, and offers. Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales/training team. Requirements: Good communication skills in Tamil & English (fluency in both preferred). Prior telecalling/inside sales experience is an added advantage. Ability to convince and build rapport with customers. Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
