Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tele caller cum Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle tele calling responsibilities while supporting daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Tele calling:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers
• Explain course details and services clearly and persuasively
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain call records
• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information

Admin Support:

• Manage student records and documentation
• Assist in scheduling classes and coordinating faculty
• Handle front desk operations and visitor management
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate day-to-day tasks

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and regional languages
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email)
• Prior experience in telecalling/admin is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude

Salary: ₹8,000 to 12,000 per month

Experience: 0–2 years

Education: Minimum 12th pass or any degree
