Job Title: Tele-calling Executive – SRI ANU JEWELLERS

Job Summary: We are seeking a customer-focused Tele-calling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, build strong relationships with clients, follow up on leads, and support sales conversions for our jewellery products. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a basic understanding of jewellery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote jewellery collections, offers, and store events.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding products, pricing.
• Schedule and confirm customer visits to the showroom.
• Maintain an accurate database of customer information and follow-up logs (CRM).
• Explain jewellery features, promotions, schemes, and new arrivals over the phone.
• Coordinate with the showroom sales team for walk-in and VIP customer handling.
• Collect and record customer feedback to support product development and service improvements.
• Assist in post-sale calls for customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain call records and prepare regular reports on lead conversion and follow-up status.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication in English, Tamil.
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of gold, diamond, and other jewellery products is a plus.
• Good telephone etiquette and patience while dealing with customers.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel for maintaining follow-ups.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet daily call and conversion targets.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum Qualification Bachelors in Degree
• Certification or prior experience in tele-calling or jewellery sales is an added advantage

Salary & Benefits:

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
