Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
Explain our product/service clearly in Hindi (or local dialect).
Convince customers to try or purchase our service.
Maintain daily call records and update follow-up details.
Meet calling and conversion targets set by the manager.
Resolve customer queries politely and professionally.
