TELLE CALLER

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and generating leads for our Ayurvedic products and third-party manufacturing services. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services, offers, and benefits to clients.
• Generate leads for B2B (third-party manufacturing) and B2C (direct customers).
• Maintain customer databases and update call records in CRM/Excel.
• Handle inbound calls, respond to queries, and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with clients regularly to convert leads into sales.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and conversion goals.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing team for smooth lead handover.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Skills & Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferred, not mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language is an advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email).
• Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to handle rejection.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
