We are a fast-growing travel company offering pilgrimage and heritage tours across key spiritual destinations in India. We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to promote and sell our complete travel packages. Your role will be crucial in connecting customers with meaningful travel experiences in Kashi (Varanasi), Prayagraj, Chitrakoot, Ayodhya, Bodhgaya, Naimisharanya, and Lucknow . Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our pilgrimage and heritage travel packages . Sell a wide range of services including: Travel packages Hotel bookings Homestay accommodations Cab and transport services Boat rides on the Ganga Local guide arrangements Explain tour details, itineraries, and pricing clearly to interested customers. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM or Excel. Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales customer service. Coordinate with operations and booking teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Locations Covered: Varanasi (Kashi) Prayagraj (Allahabad) Chitrakoot Ayodhya Bodhgaya Naimisharanya Lucknow Requirements: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream. Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred). Good convincing ability and customer handling skills. Basic computer knowledge – Excel, WhatsApp, email. Experience in telecalling or customer service preferred. Passion for the travel and tourism industry is a plus.
