Job Description

Tasks

  • Engage potential clients through outbound calls to promote Tipstat's software development and AI solutions.

  • Identify customer needs and effectively communicate how our products can offer value and solutions to their business challenges.

  • Maintain an updated database of leads and track all interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely follow-up.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales pitches and identify potential opportunities for new business growth.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and Tipstat's product offerings to provide knowledgeable insights to potential clients.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Specialist or similar role in the IT industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of the English language.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

  • Strong understanding of software development and AI products to effectively engage with potential clients.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and maintain a high level of technical proficiency.
