Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact both existing and potential customers to effectively promote and persuade them to purchase company products within the Health & Personal Care, Sexual Wellness, and Prurient/Venereal Wellness categories.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer purchase orders and process all transactions in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to company protocols.
- Identify and generate high-potential sales leads for the outside sales team to pursue, contributing to the expansion of the customer base.
- Develop and sustain strong, positive relationships with customers, actively promoting repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Utilize company-approved sales scripts to engage customers, address objections, and close sales effectively, ensuring a high conversion rate.
