About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand customer needs while presenting suitable products/services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Present products/services and explain their benefits clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
• Generate leads and maintain follow-ups to close sales.
• Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer details in CRM/software.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months–2 years of experience in tele sales/tele-calling (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to update records.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
