Telesales Intern

As a Sales Intern at our company, you will be an integral part of our dynamic Sales team. Your main responsibilities will include completing tasks assigned by the Manager, such as conducting research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales department. It is essential that you are able to follow instructions diligently while also demonstrating the ability to work independently when necessary. To excel in this role, you should have a strong willingness to learn about the company and its operations in order to identify potential opportunities that others may have overlooked. Successful Sales Interns are adept problem solvers who understand the importance of fostering long-lasting, professional relationships with clients. Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Manager or designated staff member to fulfill assigned tasks. - Research and compile lists of potential customers. - Attend and actively participate in meetings and workshops. - Assist in developing customer relationships and maintaining existing accounts. - Update sales records and relevant documents. - Observe and engage in sales processes. - Identify potential areas for improvement and offer constructive suggestions. Requirements: - Recent graduate with a degree in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business. - Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level. - Demonstrated self-motivation and drive. - Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team. - Resilience in the face of rejection. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - Capacity to maintain composure in fast-paced environments. This is a Full-time, Permanent position with benefits such as paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule includes day shifts, fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, and morning shifts, with the possibility of a performance bonus. The work location is in person.
