Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional to join Nirvasa as Associate Vice President Telesales . The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in telesales leadership, strategy, and P&L management within a captive sales environment . You will be responsible for driving aggressive sales growth, building effective strategies, managing operations end-to-end, and delivering consistent revenue results. This is a senior leadership role for a self-driven leader who excels at building and scaling large telesales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth, captive business setup. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and inspire the telesales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans, scripts, and incentive programs to boost sales performance. Take complete ownership of the telesales P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and delivering profitability. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to refine pitches and maximize conversions. Optimize telesales operations and performance metrics through data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure business alignment and goal achievement. Establish strong monitoring and reporting frameworks for daily, weekly, and monthly performance. Drive a high-performance culture that emphasizes accountability, motivation, and team development. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 13 years of progressive experience in telesales, with at least 6 years in Senior Manager, General Manager, or similar senior leadership roles. Must have proven experience in a captive telesales setup — directly selling the company’s own products/services. Experience in BPO or third-party outsourcing environments will not be considered . Strong expertise in end-to-end telesales operations, team building, sales strategy, and revenue management. Demonstrated success in managing large telesales teams and consistently achieving sales targets. Solid experience with P&L ownership, cost management, and profitability drivers. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
