Job Title: Tele Sales Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Vesu Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads. Explain company offerings, services, and basic technical details of CNC machinery (training will be provided). Follow up on customer inquiries and leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Maintain daily call logs, inquiry status, and feedback in CRM or Excel. Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups, demos, or meetings. Understand customer requirements and pass quality leads to the sales team. Requirements: Fresher or 6 months to 2 years of experience in tele calling or customer handling preferred. Good communication skills in Hindi, English and regional languages. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, mail drafting and WhatsApp business communication. Qualification: Minimum HSC (12th Pass), Graduate preferred. Skills Required: · Strong verbal communication skills · Good listening ability and polite telephone etiquette · Basic computer proficiency · Energetic and self-motivated
