Job Description

1.Conduct outbound calls to potential client and engage them in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and challenges. 2. Provide information on counseling services. 3. Build report and trust with clients by using active listening skills and empathy. 4. Understand the unique needs of each individual and recommend appropriate counseling services or programs. 5. Follow up on leads, maintaining detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and potential needs in the CRM system. 6. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, focusing on converting inquiries into booked counseling sessions. 7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost respect and professionalism. 8. Collaborate with the counseling team to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact to ongoing support.
