We’re Hiring – Telesales Executive

Location: Hingna MIDC Wadi Road, Nagpur, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on interview & performance)

About Us

Kinkob Kreations is a leading manufacturer of premium mattresses and hotel linen products, delivering comfort and quality across India. We are looking for a smart and dynamic Telesales Executive with excellent communication skills to be a part of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound telesales calls and respond to inbound queries.
• Explain company products & services effectively to potential clients.
• Generate leads, follow up with customers, and convert to sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records, databases, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth order processing.

Requirements

Education:

• Minimum 70% marks in 10th, 12th, Graduation and MBA (mandatory).
• MBA (Sales & Marketing) – pursuing or completed – candidates will be given first priority.

Communication: Excellent verbal skills in Hindi/English/Marathi.

Experience/Skills:

• Prior telesales / telecalling experience preferred.
• Strong persuasion & customer handling skills.
• Computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Word, Email).
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.
