Telesales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for both sales and customer support functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service while also identifying opportunities to drive sales. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support:Answer inbound customer queries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Resolve product/service-related issues by clarifying the customer’s concerns and determining the root cause. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service. Sales (Outbound/Inbound): Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to generate sales. Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales or schedule product demos. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales and support targets. General Duties:Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends. Participate in regular training sessions to improve performance and stay aligned with company goals. Requirements: Proven experience as a customer support representative or sales associate (voice process preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Telugu , Hindi , English and other languages ]. Strong listening, negotiation, and persuasive skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
