Job Description for Telesales Executive position:-

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments for senior advisors and follow up on leads

• Proactively reach out to prospective and existing clients via phone to promote mutual fund products

• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and client feedback

• Work closely with the sales and advisory teams to drive business growth

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages

• Basic understanding of mutual funds and investment products

• A persuasive, confident, and client-friendly approach

• Ability to handle client queries with patience and professionalism

• Good organizational and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in financial services or tele calling preferred, though freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,333.00 per month
