Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage customer accounts, track sales leads, and ensure smooth communication between the sales, marketing, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support the sales team with day-to-day operations.

Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.

Track sales targets and prepare monthly sales reports.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.

Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with clients and internal teams.

Liaise with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/supply chain.

Support marketing campaigns and trade show/event logistics as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar administrative role.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
