Job SummaryS. H. O. Micro Foundation is seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. The role involves engaging potential clients over the phone, understanding their needs, and promoting relevant products or services to achieve sales targets. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce products/services. Handle inbound inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve queries. Convert leads into sales by building rapport and understanding customer needs. Maintain and update customer database with accurate records. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and persuasive skills. Basic understanding of B2B sales, B2C sales, Distributor management, and SMB sales. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Active listening and problem-solving abilities. Positive attitude and self-motivation.
