Job Summary:NCL Computer Infosolutions is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into successful sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a basic understanding of IT/computer products or services. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to leads and prospective customers from the provided database. Explain the features and benefits of the company’s IT products and services. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions or products. Follow up on inquiries and maintain consistent communication with potential clients. Convert leads into sales and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets. Maintain records of calls, conversations, and sales in the CRM system. Handle customer queries and objections professionally and efficiently. Coordinate with the field sales team or technical team as needed. Provide feedback to the management on market trends and customer responses.
