Telesales Executive

Including the main responsibility and tasks for the Female Tele-calling & Follow-up Executive Role as follows: Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients for sales and follow-up. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and client information. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of client requests. Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets. Build and sustain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Requirements: Female Candidates only (above 40 years, Married, and with Children). Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Prior tele-calling or customer support experience preferred. Confident, polite, with basic Computer knowledge. Must be able to work from the office in Noida (Delhi NCR) from 10 am to 7 pm. Salary: ₹10,000–₹20,000 per month, as per experience and interview.
